Job summary

FRCG is seeking a friendly, customer-focused restaurant team member to ensure exceptional dining experiences and encourage repeat patronage. You will greet guests, work with a team, introduce yourself by name, and use menu knowledge to drive sales while presenting dishes with care.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, alcohol service per policy, accurate order entry, seating guests, answering phones, bussing and running food, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Effective English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of seating.
• Work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Introduce yourself by name and demonstrate menu knowledge, presentation, and suggestive selling.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly; provide responsible alcohol service.
• Enter orders correctly to the terminal; assist with seating and answering phones when needed.
• Bus tables and reset the dining area; run food and complete side work during shifts.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns to management before the guest leaves.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, sections, restrooms, doors, and windows.
