Job summary

FRCG is seeking an energetic server to deliver outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced dining room in Missouri. You will greet guests, take orders, explain menu items, and actively promote specials while maintaining accuracy and speed. The role requires reliable teamwork and precise POS usage.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, beverage refills, and side work, with a focus on courtesy, speed, and guest satisfaction. Be prepared to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet the physical demands of the position (stand/walk long hours, lift up to 60 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of being seated and communicate clearly with the team.
• Introduce yourself by name and demonstrate menu knowledge with suggestive selling.
• Serve food and beverages courteously, accurately, and timely; manage alcohol service per policy.
• Enter orders accurately to terminal following table numbers and etiquette.
• Assist with seating guests and answering phones when hosts are unavailable.
• Bus tables, run food, refill beverages, and complete side work during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, floors, restrooms, doors, and windows.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns to Management; bid guests farewell warmly.
