Job summary

FRCG is seeking a friendly server to enhance every guest's dining experience. You will greet guests promptly, introduce yourself, and demonstrate menu knowledge to upsell appetizers, fried rice, and desserts while delivering courteous, accurate service.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness across dining and adjacent areas. English communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive demeanor.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of being seated.
• Introduce yourself by name and demonstrate menu knowledge to upsell appetizers, fried rice, and desserts.
• Serve food and beverages courteously, accurately, and promptly.
• Enter orders to the point-of-sale system and follow table to terminal guidelines.
• Assist with seating, answer phones when hosts are unavailable, and bus tables.
• Run food, refill beverages, and complete side work throughout the shift.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns to management before guests leave.
• Provide a sincere farewell and invite guests to return.
