Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of being seated.
• Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with guests.
• Introduce yourself by name and demonstrate menu knowledge with suggestions.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and timely.
• Provide responsible alcohol service in accordance with policies and laws.
• Enter orders accurately to terminal guidelines.
• Assist with seating guests and answering phones when needed.
• Bus tables, run food, refill beverages, and complete side work.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, restrooms, and entry points.
