Job summary

FRCG in Wichita is seeking friendly restaurant professionals to deliver exceptional service and hospitality. As a server, you will greet guests promptly, take accurate orders, and work closely with teammates to ensure a smooth dining experience.

You will confidently present menu items, upsell appetizers and desserts, maintain cleanliness, handle payments, and keep guests satisfied from seating to farewell. Must be able to stand for long periods and meet state alcohol service requirements.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests within one minute of being seated.
• Ability to upsell menu items and explain specials.
• Maintain teamwork and clear communication with guests and staff.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments.
• Provide responsible alcohol service per policies and laws.
• Remain on your feet and able to stand 2–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and introduce yourself by name.
• Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Take and enter orders accurately to the POS system.
• Run food, refill beverages, and complete side work as needed.
• Assist with seating guests and answering phones when needed.
• Bus and reset tables, maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
