• Promote leasing incentives and discounts to prospects.
• Prepare and submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
• Update online advertising for pricing and availability daily.
• Maintain a minimum closing ratio of 33%.
• Record daily engagement score in Knock (90-100%).
• Ensure vacated units are cleaned and ready for viewing.
