Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Customer Solution Specialist to manage customer orders, resolve issues, and engage in cross-selling initiatives. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a positive and efficient experience while handling order processing and returns.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that portray professionalism.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
• A proactive nature with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through various communication channels (phone, fax, email and will call) to manage orders, understand their needs and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Resolve order issues quickly and precisely.
• Process returns.
• Assist walk-in customers (where applicable).
• eCommerce set-up.
• 2 hour or less email response times.
• Management of shared team mailbox.
• Open & close cash drawer (P21).
• Support with building and maintaining positive customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business.
• Respond immediately to customer issues.
• Follow up on delivery issues.
• Maintain customer and ship-to information and notes.
• Drive customer growth through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams.
