Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of sales, management, banking or related experience including lead/supervisory roles.
• S.A.F.E Act registration (NMLS) required at employment start.
• Notary Public designation desirable.

Mansioni

• Oversee and inspect all operations and compliance of the banking center.
• Develop and implement an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to drive deposits, loans and referrals.
• Coach and lead the banking center staff, conduct weekly meetings and pipeline reviews.
• Open accounts and process loan applications for consumer and business customers.
