Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a dispatch support specialist in Sharonville, OH. You will aid the Sales Team, Technicians, and Installers by keeping data accurate, scheduling calls, and communicating with customers to confirm appointments and resolve issues.

The role emphasizes routing efficiency, proactive follow-up, and collaboration with center staff to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal capacity planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0–2+ years in customer service or a similar role.
• Ability to use computers and related systems in an administrative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Schedules service/maintenance/sales calls and informs the customer of appointment changes.
• Plans and routes technicians and Residential Sales Consultants based on availability, skill, and location.
• Updates scheduling and lead information in the dispatch and sales tracking systems.
• Follows up with customers after visits and maintains proactive communication to resolve issues.
• Generates reports and supports continuous improvement in dispatch and center operations.
