Prysmian Group seeks a West Regional Sales Manager to drive Power Distribution sales across CA, NV, UT, CO, AZ, and HI. You will manage utility and partner relationships, lead pricing and forecasts, and introduce new products to expand the business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in utilities or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the utility industry and products; wire and cable experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the region; live within 60 miles of a commercial airport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the West region, growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with Investor-Owned Utilities, Public Power entities, Channel Partners, and key customer stakeholders.
• Lead pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, customer forecasts, and business reviews.
• Introduce new products and technologies and expand Prysmian's business within existing accounts.
• Stay current on utility market trends and provide customer insights to the business.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Applications Engineering, Inside Sales, R&D, and other teams to support customers and resolve issues.
• Lead and support regional sales agents, including territory planning and performance against goals.
• Represent Prysmian at meetings, conferences, and industry events.
