Altowav, Inc. is seeking a Sales Director, Security, Smart/Connected Cities & Critical Infrastructure to drive growth through channel partners and end-user demand. You will recruit VARs and systems integrators, promote products in target verticals, and build a robust pipeline.

This remote-friendly role based in the United States requires a strong network in wireless telecom, a track record of exceeding revenue targets, and the ability to travel to the Minneapolis area occasionally.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience selling fixed wireless products.
• Experience in channel sales with VARs and systems integrators in the smart and connected cities space.
• Proven success selling wireless products to relevant customers and partners.
• Bring a strong network of industry contacts.
• A proven track record of strong performance in previous sales roles.
• Technical understanding of wireless telecommunications and networking.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver against ambitious goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop value-added resellers (VARs) and systems integrators serving the smart and connected cities and critical infrastructure markets.
• Promote the company’s products within assigned vertical markets.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities.
• Pursue new opportunities and generate demand at the end-user level.
• Coordinate sales activities with channel partners.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Meet with prospective customers and current customers in person on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls and opportunities.
