Job summary

Telus Digital is seeking a Sales Director to lead the sales cycle and drive opportunities for Salesforce services. You will partner with pre-sales, delivery, and industry experts to shape deals and close opportunities with new and existing customers.

You will own the opportunity strategy, maintain the pipeline, and work closely with Telus Digital and Salesforce counterparts to craft engaging solutions and proposals. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years in Salesforce consulting and systems integration sales.
3+ years selling technology services.
Authorized to work for any U.S. or Canadian employer
Approximately 30 percent travel
Proven track record of sales success
Experience with end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions
Experience engaging with C-level executives
Experience collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an account and sales plan to grow Telus Digital’s services.
Own a quota of $4M+ and sell cross-cloud Salesforce services to meet/exceed quota.
Lead business development activities: market analysis, campaigns, pursuit and proposal leadership, negotiations.
Manage Salesforce pipeline and provide weekly forecasts and activity reports.
Collaborate with Telus Digital leadership, marketing, BD, and delivery teams.
Create Statements of Work in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery leadership.
