Job summary

Telus Digital, Salesforce Practice is seeking a Delivery Director to lead a portfolio of Salesforce delivery projects and drive transformation for clients. You will ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology, monitor health and quality, and act as the face of delivery to clients and internal teams.

You will manage a team of project managers, escalate issues, and contribute to future product roadmaps while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• 5+ years consulting experience preferred.
• Experience delivering multiple Salesforce solutions (SME/EE).

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of Salesforce delivery projects.
• Escalation management and risk mitigation.
• Provide weekly status updates to leadership.
• Mentor project managers and teams.
• Define stage gate reviews and compliance.
• Adopt standard SDLC with COEs.
• Build client relationships and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with clients, tech, and product teams.
