Job summary

TELUS Digital, Salesforce Practice is seeking a Sales Director to lead customer engagements and drive revenue growth across Insurance and Banking-Financial Services. You will shape solutions, drive pipeline, and own the end-to-end deal lifecycle with presales and delivery teams.

The role emphasizes strategic selling, executive stakeholder engagement, and cross-cloud Salesforce offerings. Expect travel and a focus on expanding new logos while strengthening existing relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Consulting sales experience in Insurance and/or Banking/Financial Services
• 2+ years of systems integration sales experience
• 5+ years selling technology solutions
• Documented and sustained track record of sales success
• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer
• Approximately 30 percent travel
• Experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Salesforce ecosystem experience is highly desired
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through partnerships with Salesforce sales leaders or strategic sales motions
• Own opportunities and maintain pipeline and forecasts
• Develop and execute an account and sales plan to grow TELUS Digital Salesforce Practice in Insurance/Banking-Financial services
• Own a quota of $4M+ and sell cross-cloud Salesforce services across Enterprise, Commercial and SMB
• Lead business development activities from market analysis to proposal leadership and contract negotiation
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, and industry teams to shape deals and ensure timely delivery
