Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Sales Director for its Salesforce Practice, responsible for leadership across customer engagement and solution implementation lifecycle. You will identify and drive new opportunities to meet revenue targets, leveraging deep industry knowledge in Insurance and Banking-Financial Services to shape compelling Salesforce-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce consulting sales experience in Insurance and/or BFSI
• 2+ years of systems integration sales experience
• 5+ years selling technology solutions
• Documented and sustained track record of sales success
• Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
• Approximately 30 percent travel
• Experience partnering with C-level executives as trusted advisor
• Experience with end-to-end Salesforce solution implementations
• Salesforce ecosystem experience highly desired
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and multi-project management skills
• Able to collaborate with business process owners, program/project management and technical teams
• Experience with large-scale technology projects
• Proficient with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Slack, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through partnerships with Salesforce sales leaders or direct strategic sales motions
• Own opportunities and manage pipeline and forecasts
• Lead business development activities including market analysis, campaigns, pre-sales leadership, pursuit and solution proposal leadership
• Collaborate with TELUS Digital Salesforce Practice leadership, marketing and delivery teams
• Develop Statements of Work with pre-sales and delivery leadership
• Create a portfolio of new logos and expand existing accounts
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of TELUS Digital Salesforce credentials and offerings
• Transition deals to delivery with knowledge sharing and post-sale engagement
• Articulate TELUS Digital credentials and Salesforce solutions to customers
• Drive accelerators to scale offerings while reducing implementation costs
