Job summary

Nextpower Inc. is seeking a Sales Analyst, Power Conversion to input and manage project data in CRM, generate quotations, and craft proposals aligned with customer needs. You will collaborate with engineering, logistics, operations, and finance to ensure quotes meet customer expectations.

The role supports Account Managers and Sales Leaders on the Global Sales Team, with emphasis on data accuracy, bid strategy, and cross-functional coordination to win complex multi-$M opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solar or Power Conversion experience preferred.
• 5+ years of B2B sales support, analysis, or program management.
• BS/BA in business or technical field; MBA desired.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; CRM and ERP systems experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotations and proposals based on project requirements.
• Input and manage customer projects in CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Operations, and Finance.
• Track sales activities and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Support Account Managers and Sales Directors on the Global team.
