Job summary
Nextpower seeks an experienced Sr Technical Sales Engineer to support growth of the APEX power conversion business, including inverter and PCS product lines, across the energy solutions portfolio. You will engage with customers, developers, EPCs, integrators, utilities, and partners, bridging technical and commercial perspectives.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of technical sales, applications engineering, product management, or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of inverters, PCS, power electronics, battery energy storage systems, and grid-connected equipment.
- Willingness to travel as business needs require.
- Experience supporting product launches, acquisitions, or market expansion is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support sales managers and senior technical sales professionals across multiple disciplines.
- Contribute to product launches, market expansion, and commercial growth.
- Technical sales engagement with customers for defining inverter, PCS, and energy storage solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service.
- Assist in resolving complex customer and technical issues using conceptual thinking and sound business judgment.
- Represent Nextpower with customers, strategic partners, and industry organizations.
- Provide market intelligence and contribute to future product roadmap priorities.
- Ensure alignment of customer commitments, technical scope, delivery expectations, and commercial priorities.
