Job summary

Reimagine Care is seeking a Sales Director to lead the U.S. healthcare sales strategy, building and closing a robust pipeline from prospecting to contract, and guiding a high-impact growth team.

This remote role requires up to 50% travel across the United States, and the ability to influence C-suite leaders in health systems and oncology practices. You will partner with Marketing and Growth leadership to articulate the Reimagine Care X Cureety value and drive revenue to meet the plan.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven sales executive experience.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence C-Suite leaders in health systems and oncology practice leaders.
• Proven ability to generate top-of-funnel activity and scoping.
• HubSpot-driven analytics and metrics to support deal navigation.

Responsibilities

• Execute on U.S. new business sales plans and achieve growth objectives.
• Prospect, discover, scope, and deliver proposals; own the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify top prospects and drive engagement.
• Forecast pipeline accurately and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Monitor competitors and adjust strategies for maximum success.
• Report insights and obstacles with recommended paths forward.
