Job summary

Kinsley Group seeks a Sales Director to provide analytic and administrative support to the Vice President of Sales and to supervise the inside sales support team.

The role also supports assigned outside sales staff, including preparing quotes, entering orders, contracts, and assisting with invoicing while tracking projects and collaborating with Finance and Service to boost productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; plus 5+ years related experience and 3+ years supervisor experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inside sales support staff and manage hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Provide analytic and administrative support to the VP of Sales and cross-department coordination.
• Prepare quotes, enter sales orders, contracts and agreements, and assist with invoicing.
• Track projects, monitor KPIs, and drive cost efficiencies with Finance and Service teams.
• Communicate project status regularly across stakeholders.
