Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems, a family-owned business with over 55 years in generator service, sales and rentals, seeks a Sales Director to supervise the inside sales support team and provide analytic support to the VP of Sales. You will coordinate with outside sales, Finance and Service to optimize projects and drive cost efficiency.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in sales and 3+ years in supervision, plus strong MS Office skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years related experience and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for statistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise inside sales support team.
• Prepare and enter quotes; process orders; contracts; invoicing.
• Track and manage projects; provide reports and data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Service to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, sales pipeline, and forecast; drive KPI analysis.
• Communicate project updates across teams and ensure workflow integrity.
• Support budgeting and overall sales performance analysis.
