Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions, Heat Exchanger Division, seeks a Director, Americas Sales to lead our regional sales organization across North and South America, shaping and executing the commercial strategy for Brazed and Gasketed heat exchanger portfolios. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• +10 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Business Development.
• Ability to analyze markets, competitors, and opportunities to develop effective business strategies.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Solid analytical skills
• Knowledge of the HVAC and/or Industrial applications and markets
• Strong at working with diverse internal and external stakeholders to align efforts and drive results.
• Excellent at conveying ideas, presenting solutions, and building relationships with customers and partners.
• Flexible and resourceful in navigating changing market conditions and overcoming challenges to achieve growth.
• Ability to travel up to 25%-40% of the time.
