Job summary

ProActivate seeks a hands-on Director of Sales to lead and develop a 3-person team, with growth to 4, while maintaining some accounts during a transition. You will build formal sales processes and drive CRM implementation (HubSpot) across the organization, aligning with marketing and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has strong sales leadership within commercial construction or related fields and is comfortable creating structure in an organization new to dedicated sales management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Director of Sales with proven leadership in a growing team.
• Experience leading sales in commercial construction or related sectors.
• Comfort building structure in organizations that had no prior dedicated sales management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and accountability for a team of 3 (growing to 4) sales reps.
• Maintain some individual sales responsibility during transition while taking full leadership of the sales function.
• Establish formal sales process and collaborate with marketing for structure and repeatability.
• Oversee lead intake and qualification from inbound opportunities and public bid sites.
