Job summary

Blueprint Technologies in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to build structure, visibility, and operating discipline for the sales organization. You will own core processes linking account planning, pipeline, forecasting, proposals, contracting, delivery handoff, and performance reporting, and manage marketing data and attribution.

You will collaborate with sales leaders, solution teams, delivery, finance, legal, and executive leadership to ensure data integrity,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales operations, revenue operations, or related experience in B2B tech/consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience administering and improving an enterprise CRM with data standards, reporting, dashboards, workflow, and user adoption.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, pipeline stages, forecasting, account planning, proposals, contracting, and delivery handoff.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear conclusions, risks, and actions.
• Experience analyzing marketing performance, attribution modeling, segmentation, and funnel analytics, linking activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience building repeatable processes across teams with minimal friction.
• Strong project management, documentation, prioritization, and follow-through across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high ownership and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the sales CRM and related data.
• Define and maintain standards for opportunity stages, qualification, fields, next steps, close dates, probability, and analysis.
• Run weekly pipeline and forecast processes and provide leadership insights.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for pipeline coverage, movement, aging, and bookings.
• Turn data into actionable insights for leadership and flag issues or risks.
• Coordinate planning, segmentation, ownership, and performance measurement across teams.
• Build repeatable workflows for intake, proposals, pricing, SOWs, contracting, renewals, and handoffs.
• Collaborate with finance and marketing on revenue outlook, attribution, and CRM-data reconciliation.
• Maintain templates, playbooks, account-plan formats, and onboarding materials.
• Evaluate and improve tools, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
