About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter position.
What You’ll Do:
Hunting:
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, focusing on Consumer (Retail, Logistics, and Distribution) industries.
- Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.
- Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients’ senior executives.
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
Project Management:
- Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve their desired outcomes.
- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate resources and teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand and mitigate key risks through tactical plans and actions.
We are looking for:
- A sales expert who is passionate about selling technology solutions with:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in selling professional IT or software services.
- Strong experience in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts.
- Excellent industry knowledge, including key players, strategies, client structures, and trends.
- A strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach.
- Understanding of industry-standard software systems and data.
- Ability to deliver tailored presentations.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Native English or bilingual proficiency in English.
