We are looking for a B2B Sales Director (Technology Services) with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to join our Sales Team and help spearhead our growth.
As a Sales Director, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our world-class Sales team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Attend relevant events, network, and meet with potential clients face-to-face
- Originate and nurture business relationships at national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues where you can meet potential clients
- Present our client’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of prospects' senior executives
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients
- Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy clients’ needs and achieve desired business outcomes
- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals
- Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Sales expert, passionate about selling technology solutions
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a sales/client solutions agent
- A proven track record of revenue generation, client retention, and sales target achievement
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients
- Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and/or services is a BIG plus
- Native English speaker or bilingual (English)
