About the Role

You will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients for BairesDev, primarily from your network and industry, focusing on a hunter role.

What You’ll Do
  • Hunting: Build relationships with midsize to enterprise clients across industries, especially Retail, Logistics, and Distribution. Originate and nurture business relationships, present BairesDev's value proposition, and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Project Management: Scope projects, shape engagements, define business solutions, plan and manage sales activities, coordinate teams, and mitigate risks throughout the sales cycle.
We Are Looking For
  • A sales expert passionate about selling technology solutions with 5+ years of relevant experience in IT or software services.
  • Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of industry players, strategies, client structures, and trends.
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach, with the ability to build client relationships.
  • Knowledge of widely used software systems and data.
  • Excellent presentation skills tailored to client needs.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Native English or fully bilingual in English.
