Requirements
- Experience in building, selling, and negotiating complex, multi-year hardware, software, delivery services, managed security services, and staffing solutions to Fortune 1000 clients.
- The Sales Director will focus on selling WaveStrong's professional services, managed security services, and product solutions to named accounts within a geographic territory. Responsibilities include cultivating new business, leveraging existing clients, and managing all sales cycle aspects within the assigned territory and accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a large sales pipeline within the territory, achieving and exceeding a $4M annual margin goal.
- Effectively communicate WaveStrong's value across its three Practice Areas: Information Security Professional Services, Value Added Reseller/System Integrator, and Managed Security Services.
- Develop strong relationships with security technology partners and field sales teams to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Adopt a consultative sales approach to foster long-term growth and client roadmaps.
- Maintain relationships throughout all sales phases, including post-delivery interactions.
- Proven experience in selling services and solutions to Fortune 1000 clients.
- Build and execute territory and account plans, consistently exceeding quotas.
- Monitor and coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and technical teams.
- Maintain internal communication regarding opportunities and requirements.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the IT Security market and competitors.
- Strong relationships with key regional executives and sponsors.
- Experience in Risk/Compliance and IT Infrastructure markets.
- Award-winning sales initiative and ability recognition.
- Ability to travel up to 30% within the region.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
