Job summary

Valenco is seeking a Sales Director/AVP for Data and Application Modernization services across the US Midwest and West. The role targets new client acquisition in data modernization, cloud migrations and BI, with emphasis on financial services, retail and CPG sectors.

Work closely with Microsoft and Databricks GTM teams to leverage platforms and drive revenue, aiming for strong annual TCV and ACV performance.

Qualifications

• Sold services projects for data modernization and cloud modernization.
• Experience working with MS and Databricks GTM teams.
• Experience with financial services and retail sectors is preferred.
• Annual win rate of $2-3 million TCV and realized revenue of $1-1.5 million ACV.

Responsibilities

• Pursue and win new clients for data and application modernization.
