Cognizant is seeking a Sales Director - BPO & Digital Operations CMT to accelerate growth across the Digital Operations unit within the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) segment. You will lead new logo acquisition, shape multi-million-dollar deals, and partner with Solutions, Delivery, and Automation teams to craft differentiated client propositions.

This leadership role requires executive relationships, P&L accountability, and a strategic, ROI-driven approach to global engagements.

Qualifications

• 10 to 25 years of overall industry experience, with 10+ years in digital-native or technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience leading $10M+ annual revenue portfolios with deal sizes and TCV in the $10M–$30M range.
• Deep understanding of AI Ops, Business services, technology platform companies, and digital operating models.
• Experience advising clients on location and operating model strategy, engagement model transformation, and ROI-led solutioning.
• Proven ability to operate effectively within global, matrixed organizational structures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with strategic vision, client-centric thinking, innovation, disciplined execution, collaboration and a commitment to developing people.
• Proven track record of building trust and fostering an inclusive culture.

Responsabilités

• Lead new logo acquisition efforts and portfolio growth strategy, identifying, shaping, and closing large, complex BPO and Digital Operations deals while delivering against revenue, margin, and pipeline performance metrics.
• Establish and sustain executive-level relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and providing thought leadership on industry trends, operating models, and Operations-led transformation.
• Partner with Solutions, Delivery, Process Excellence, and Automation teams to craft differentiated, outcome-driven client propositions.
• Lead end-to-end account ownership including deal shaping, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability to drive measurable revenue and profit growth.
• Engage with industry bodies, analysts, and advisors and navigate complex global, matrixed organizations to align Cognizant's IOA and CMT offerings with market needs.
• Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead through strategic agility, client value creation, AI-led innovation, disciplined execution, collaborative ecosystem building and amplifying human potential.
