Job summary

HealthStream in Nashville, TN is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Digital Network Development to support growth of myClinicalExchange and Clinical Readiness solutions. You will work with the sales team and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth onboarding of academic customers and seamless workflow for clinical rotations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong Salesforce Lightning and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or within a clinical discipline.
• BS or BA degree desired.
• 2-5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HealthStream security policies and training.
• Process order forms for existing academic customers.
• Participate in team meetings and huddles.
• Coordinate webinars and demo site tools with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Coordinate product update calls with Account Management teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
