Job summary

HealthStream in Nashville, TN seeks an Associate Solution Executive, Clinical Placement to drive adoption of the clinical placement solution and expand market share through consultative selling.

You will build relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrate value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quota. This role includes base salary with commissions and a hybrid work model with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred; clinical experience/Nursing degree strongly preferred.
• Must have some level of sales experience.
• Some knowledge of the healthcare marketplace and buying cycles.
• Clear understanding of clinical placement and education tools.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HealthStream security policies and training.
• Analyze market opportunities within existing and prospect accounts.
• Manage and expand relationships within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with legal, implementations, marketing, and customer success.
• Acquire deep understanding of solution components, features, and benefits.
• Present and demonstrate ROI to customers via Teams/WebEx and in person.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual quotas and develop the annual business plan.
• Earn Product Certification for assigned solutions.
