What You'll Do

As a Recruiter (inside sales/staffing readiness):

• Source and build relationships with top IT talent
• Match candidates to open roles
• Learn sales through hands-on recruiting and mentorship

As an Account Manager (Outside Sales):

• Build and manage client relationships
• Serve as the link between clients and recruiters
