Job summary

• Eagerness to learn the full sales cycle and grow into Account Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of recruiting and sales.
• Identify target accounts and make cold calls to set meetings.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships and generate leads.
• Support revenue growth initiatives and territory planning.
• Attend client meetings and represent Aerotek with professionalism.
• Document and share account knowledge with recruiters and sales teams.
