Job summary

Phoenix Manufacturing is seeking a motivated Sales Development & Sales Support Representative to join our growing team onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. This role blends outbound prospecting, project research and day-to-day sales coordination to help our sales reps identify opportunities and move deals forward.

You will be dialing customers, researching accounts, maintaining CRM records and coordinating meetings with engineers, contractors and distributors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Professional and confident phone presence.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to research companies, projects and contacts.
Experience with CRM systems; comfortable working onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred 1–3 years in inside sales or sales support.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

Sales Development & Business Development: outbound prospecting, researching accounts and creating qualified opportunities.
Project & Account Research: identifying projects and maintaining contact information.
Sales Support: assist with order processing and customer follow-up, coordination of meetings and events.
CRM & Sales Reporting: maintain CRM data and generate reports for management.
Team Coordination: align with Sales and Operations to support customer needs.
