Job summary

ProCraft Phoenix LLC is seeking a Sales Support team member to assist the sales team and handle day-to-day customer needs. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Monday, and Magento, and capable of providing hands-on customer service.

The role includes scheduling pickups and deliveries, supporting training, and maintaining organized sales materials. On-site in Phoenix, AZ, full-time with a daytime Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative support is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in person, phone, and email.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries, routing to the right department.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare samples, catalogs, documents for customers.
• Greet customers in the showroom and keep it clean and presentable.
• Coordinate customer training sessions and materials.
• Follow up with customers and share updates as directed.
