Job summary

Branom Instrument Company seeks an Outside Sales Engineer to cover the Arizona territory. You will manage customer relationships, provide technical sales support, and determine pricing strategies for manufacturers at customers' sites, virtually, and at trade shows.

This role involves full sales cycle responsibilities—from cold calling to after-sales support—travel within the territory, demonstrations, CRM (Odoo), and collaboration with Inside Sales and Technical Support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in science, math or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret English business material and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Manage Arizona territory, build relationships, and determine pricing.
• Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to after-sales support.
• Deliver presentations to end users and facility teams.
• Use CRM to track opportunities and produce reports.
• Travel within territory to meet customers and solicit orders.
• Coordinate customer training and attend trade shows.
