Sales Development Specialist - Industrial

About the Role

We’re hiring aSales Development Specialist – Industrialto drive growth in our key industrial segment. Based in the Midwest, this role focuses on prospecting and closing new business, working independently or alongside distribution partners. You’ll collaborate with Key Account Managers and sales teams to win new Tork Industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and digital tools.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and close deals.

  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Maintain CRM data and support administrative tasks.

  • Champion Essity’s digital tools and promote self-service platforms.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Industrial/MRO channel.

  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal and technical skills.

  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools.

  • Willing to travel up to 40%.
