Job summary

CTC Stack is hiring a remote, full-time contractor to drive outbound sales to dental practices across the U.S. You will make 60-80 targeted calls daily, qualify prospects, and book Growth Qualification meetings, while enriching CRM records.

You’ll progress to conduct initial qualification calls, supported by scripts and coaching. Ideal candidates have native or fluent US English, strong phone skills, and experience in B2B sales.

Qualifications

• Native U.S. English with strong phone communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B cold calling or phone sales.
• Strong objection handling and gatekeeper navigation skills.
• Experience in dental, medical, SaaS, or marketing services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 60-80 targeted outbound calls daily to dental practice owners, doctors, and managers.
• Build and enrich prospect lists using SOPs.
• Navigate gatekeepers and reach clinic decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and communicate value of patient acquisition solutions.
• Book 10-15 minute Growth Qualification meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up via phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Progress from booking meetings to conducting initial qualification calls.

Job description

Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Eastern Time.

Salary: $20-$25/hour + Uncapped Performance Bonuses.

Job Type: Full-Time | Independent Contractor.

Work Location: 100% Remote (Target States: TX, FL, TN, GA, NC).

What You’ll Do:

• Make 60-80 targeted outbound calls daily to dental practice owners, doctors, and practice managers.
• Build and enrich prospect lists using our SOPs.
• Navigate gatekeepers and reach clinic decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and communicate the value of our patient acquisition solutions.
• Book 10-15 minute Growth Qualification meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up via phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• As you progress, transition from booking meetings to conducting initial qualification calls yourself.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Native or fluent U.S. English with strong phone communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B cold calling or phone sales.
• Strong objection handling and gatekeeper navigation skills.
• Experience in dental, medical, SaaS, or marketing services is a plus.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, dialers, Google Calendar, and Google Meet.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20-$25/hour base rate.
• Bonus for every held Qualified Growth Call.
