Real Estate Photographer Pro is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our fast-growing, remote sales team. You will handle warm outbound contacts, book triage calls, and coordinate with closers. Compensation is commission-only via 1099, with typical monthly earnings between $3,000 and $5,000+,

Responsibilities

• Calling and texting warm leads; no cold outreach.
• Book triage calls with qualified leads (B2C and B2B).
• Conduct triage Zoom calls and schedule 5–15 bookings daily.
• Qualify leads during triage and route to closers for fits.
• Manage follow-ups and lead tracking in CRM via phone, SMS, Zoom.
• Collaborate with a team of Setters to improve performance.

We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our fast-growing, remote sales team. We have TOO many leads, who have never been contacted once, those of which have applied for our programs directly, so the leads are warm!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling and texting warm leads who opt in through our ads, webinars, or organic content. You will never do cold outreach.
• Outbounding/texting to book qualified triage calls with leads. B2C and B2B!
• Running triage Zoom calls yourself—you will personally handle 5–15 triage bookings per day.
• Qualifying leads on triage calls and booking consults with closers for those who are a strong fit.
• Managing all follow-ups and lead tracking in our CRM using phone, SMS, and Zoom.
• Joining a team of 4 other Setters who work great together and are hungry to improve!

Daily and Monthly Minimum KPIs

Daily

• 5–7 triages booked from outbounds
• 7-12 triages available on your calendar
• 2–4 solid consults booked with closers

Monthly

• 1800-2200 outbounds
• 110+ triages booked
• 50-70 consults booked
• 8–15 closed sets
• 20–30% close rate on consults booked

Compensation
