What You'll Do

As an SDR or BDR, you'll be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation, building relationships over the phone, and identifying new opportunities for our clients. Your daily activities will include cold calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers.

What We're Looking For
  • Motivated individuals with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable cold calling and speaking to executives
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • 1 year of phone sales or business development experience preferred
  • Permanent residency in one of the following EST/CST states REQUIRED: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, NC, NE, NH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, WV, WI
Requirements
  • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) with specific technical specifications
  • Bilingual Spanish/English, French/English, or German/English is a plus

Working Conditions

This is a remote position requiring a quiet/private work environment, secure internet connection, and specified technical equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to be on the phone 80% of the day with necessary technical equipment
  • Adherence to a structured schedule
  • Completion of Predictive Index and Cognitive Assessment
