$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative, a true Hunter, to help bring RecruiterPM to market. This high-impact, outbound sales role focuses on generating pipeline, driving demos, and demonstrating our platform’s value.

What You'll Do:
  1. Identify and reach out to potential customers (recruiters, staffing agencies, HR teams) via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  2. Qualify leads and engage prospects with compelling messaging
  3. Arrange product demos and manage the sales lifecycle with potential clients
  4. Collaborate with co-founders to refine outreach strategies
  5. Maintain and update CRM records to track outreach and engagement
What We’re Looking For:
  1. 1-2+ years of experience in a hunter-type sales or business development role within a SaaS organization
  2. Experience in recruiting or selling staffing, payroll, HR tech, or related industries, especially selling into HR departments or staffing/recruiting sectors
  3. Showcase wins, accomplishments, or metrics (e.g., revenue, sales generated) on your resume to demonstrate success in sales roles
  4. Strong communication skills and an engaging personality
  5. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  6. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
