About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving Recast’s continued growth across EMEA. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle -from proactive outreach to closing deals- while engaging with IT professionals ranging from system administrators to C-level decision-makers.

You won’t just wait for leads to come to you. You’ll actively seek out new opportunities. From identifying ideal customer profiles to reaching out with personalized messaging, you’ll be the first point of contact for many prospects and will help them understand how Recast Software can make their IT operations more efficient, secure, and future-proof. Your consultative selling skills and technical curiosity will be essential as you guide prospects through our platform, deliver product demonstrations, and tailor solutions to their unique challenges.

This role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where yourcontributions have a direct impact. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Channel Management, and our wider Sales team, all while helping customers discover the value of Recast Software in optimizing their application and endpoint management.


What You’ll Do:
  • Outreach: Proactively identify and engage with new prospects across target markets through outbound outreach, including personalized emails and cold calling.
  • Full Sale Cycle: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, including qualification, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Demo’s: Deliver high-quality (online) product demos tailored to the prospect's business and IT needs.
  • Lead Generation and follow-up: Follow up on inbound leads and work closely with Marketing and Channel Partners to drive demand generation.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and contribute to continuous improvement of our sales processes and go-to-market strategies
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to enhance outreach strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and provide valuable insights to support the sales process.
What You’ve Done:
  • 2+ years of B2B Inside Sales or Business Development experience selling a technically complex product to technical personas.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Proven experience delivering engaging (online) product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with the consultative sales approach and long-term relationship building.
  • Strong communicationskills, fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Self-starter who is eager to get on the phone and call prospects.
