Sales Development Representative

Miami, Florida | On-site, 5 Days Per Week

Looking to launch or accelerate your sales career in a fast-growing healthcare and medical communications business?

We're expanding our U.S. team and are looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Development Representative to help fuel our continued growth. You'll work closely with senior sales leaders, learning the art of consultative B2B sales while generating opportunities with some of the world's leading pharmaceutical and medical device organisations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is competitive, commercially minded, and eager to build a long-term career in sales. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing development, and the chance to earn significant commission through an uncapped earning structure.

Key Details

• Base Salary: $60,000
• OTE: $40,000+ in Year 1 (uncapped)
• Commission: Uncapped earnings based on revenue generated
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
• Location: Miami, Florida (office-based 5 days per week)
