Overview

Job Summary: The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new business and building and maintaining long-term existing client relationships within the automotive repair equipment installation and service industry. This role grows the company’s customer base by promoting and selling high-quality Hunter, Robinair, and other quality brands to customers in the assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused on identifying potential customers, quoting company services, managing customer engagement, and closing profitable new business.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Identifies and targets potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with existing clients, identifying additional opportunities for growth.
  • Promote and sell Hunter wheel alignment & balancing systems and vehicle inspection systems.
  • Presents and demonstrates automotive equipment products and services to prospective clients.
  • Prepares and delivers sales proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiates terms and close sales to achieve revenue goals.
  • Provides exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stays current on Hunter, Robinair, and other brands’ products, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Collaborates with the installation and maintenance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Tracks and reports on sales activities and results.
  • Stays informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
