Now we need an energetic Sales Development Representative to work inbound leads and pack our clients' calendars with qualified calls.
What you’ll do
• Call inbound prospects who’ve already raised their hand—no cold dial grind
• Ask smart questions, uncover fit, and book discovery meetings for our founders & strategists
• Keep concise notes and next-step details in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
• Use AI tools and call recordings to sharpen your approach every week
• Start at ~5 hours/week; ramp up as lead volume grows
Who this is for
• You’re comfortable on the phone and convert curiosity into action
• Past experience in appointment-setting or customer service is a plus (but attitude matters most)
• Clear, confident English speaker—bonus points for bilingual skills
• Organized, reliable, unflappable; you treat every lead like gold
• Eager to experiment with AI scripts, call summaries, and auto-follow-ups to work smarter
The details
• $15 USD per hour, paid weekly
