Ei’s Sales Development Representative (SDR) sits at the forefront of our growth strategy. The SDR is skilled at initiating new relationships with potential clients and partners through a strategic and innovative approach with a scrappy, aggressive and classy approach, embodying our company principles at every step of our client engagement journey. The SDR is responsible for generating and nurturing new leads, building strong prospect relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term clients. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is excited to shape the future of our business. This role is NOT a passive, inbound lead processing role, rather this IS a build the future of our agency kind of responsibility– growing opportunity and our ability to positively impact our current and future client partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Hunt & qualify. Identify ICP prospects (Bev/Alc first, then CPG, private jet, travel, med-aesthetics, crypto), run multichannel outbound, book C-suite discovery calls, and advance deals to 50 %+.
  • Own visibility outreach. Pitch podcasts, conferences, webinars, and trade pubs; manage a speaking/media calendar; prep founders with abstracts, bios, and talking points that map to BD goals.
  • Forecast & report. Keep HubSpot squeaky-clean; deliver weekly pipeline and activity metrics.
  • Quarterback closing. Coordinate with internal strategists and operations to craft proposals and SOWs; stay in the driver’s seat through signature.
  • Collaborate on content. Work with marketing to turn speaking gigs into recaps, clips, and nurture campaigns that feed your funnel.
  • Work closely with founders and agency leaders to build meaningful relationships with new contacts and establish Ei as a trusted partner in the client’s business transformation journey

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3-5+ yrs working at an agency, mar-tech, consultancy deals, or senior commercial experience inside a Bev/Alc brand ready to pivot agency-side.
  • $1 M+ new-business quota attainment and a hunter mentality—pipeline is your happy place.
  • Fluency in full-funnel marketing conversations (brand + performance media).
  • Scrappy DNA: you’re comfortable experimenting with Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Nav, trade shows—whatever works.
  • Based in North America, or Central or South America, with the ability to work East Coast hours and travel for key meetings & industry events.
