A well established digital marketing agency for the health and wellness industry is seeking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will play an integral role in driving revenue growth by sharing the company's powerful digital marketing and software features with prospective new business customers while assisting with the acquisitions of new clients.

We are seeking to hire candidates with a strong desire to break into B2B sales especially tech sales. Individuals that have some prior cold calling or B2B sales experience are preferred. However, entry-level recent college grads with a strong desire to break into tech sales are encouraged to apply..

• Outbound prospecting for customers via telephone to describe products, pricing and services in order to persuade prospects to purchase
• Educate customers on product offerings and services to improve their "online presence"
• Follow up with customers via telephone a timely manner and conduct webinar presentations and close deals
• Identify customer issues and provide resolution to these issues
• Maintain accurate daily record of sales activity in Salesforce
• 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Entry Level ok if seeking to break into tech sales
• Professionalism, enthusiasm and diligence are all core competencies needed while communicating to prospects via phone and email.
• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

The Sales Development Representative is paid a base hourly plus commissions and bonuses. There is comprehensive paid training provided. Most first-year SDRs are earning in the $65,000-$75,000 range. There is exceptional growth opportunities to move into positions where the earnings is much higher in the $80,000-$120,000 range. All promotions are based on performance and not tenure.
