We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help us build a solid pipeline of qualified opportunities.

This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, curious, and passionate about connecting with people. As an SDR at Influencity, you’ll be the first touchpoint with potential clients—identifying needs, qualifying leads, and sparking relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate must be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

This is a remote-friendly position, but working hours will align with client engagement needs

* What you'll be doing

  • Be Influencity’s first contact within our target market.
  • Detect new business opportunities and initiate the sales cycle in new accounts.
  • Conduct cold outbound outreach to engage new prospects and generate interest.
  • Master our sales pitch and confidently address objections with decision-makers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Use LinkedIn, and other sales tools to manage your workflow.
  • Hit your KPIs and contribute directly to our revenue growth

* The Skillset

  • Experience in B2B sales processes
  • Proven track record in Sales Development or a similar role.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to ask the right questions.
  • Organized and results-oriented, with a high attention to detail.
