Position Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR)plays a key role in supporting marketing campaigns and managing inbound lead generation. This remote role is integral to driving engagement, handling inbound leads, and ensuring that they are properly qualified before being transitioned to the global commercial teams for further action.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Manage inbound leads in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and ensure timely follow-up within 2 business days.
Salesforce CRM Utilization: Track and update lead status using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of the sales funnel according to documented processes.
Customer Engagement: Engage directly with prospective customers to evaluate business readiness and generate interest in product offerings. Ensure leads meet qualification criteria before handing them off to the global commercial teams.
Post-Webinar Follow-up: Assist with sales and customer follow-up after webinars to convert initial interest into actionable outcomes, sharing valuable insights with the sales team.
Pipeline Monitoring: Collaborate with global sales teams to monitor the progress of online leads through the sales pipeline.
Lead Qualification: Communicate with leads via email and phone to assess sales potential, ensuring they meet established qualification criteria.
Smooth Handoff Coordination: Facilitate the seamless transition of communication by coordinating with relevant sales personnel.
Lead Research: Conduct additional research on leads and their companies, including analyzing online activity and understanding decision-making hierarchies.
