Job summary

Alpha Cloud Technologies is hiring a Business Development Representative for a fully remote position in the United States. You will qualify leads, reach out via calls and emails, and present our offerings to prospective clients.

You will identify client needs, tailor solutions, build relationships, and pursue new business opportunities while tracking performance metrics and using CRM tools like Zoho or LeadSquared. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho / Lead Squared)
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
